This improvisation is based on Persian Magham system. Tinoush Bahrami on manipulated Setar and Ali Nourbakhsh on Cajón
These tracks were recorded in 2005 after the completion of my Master’s degree in Ethnomusicology by Metier Records. The project was a reconstruction of “Music of Old Tehran” from 1920’s.
